All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Due to the delicate and handmade nature of our products, it may require a day or two (or longer in bulk orders) to prepare them with care and attention. Orders are typically shipped on weekdays (Monday through Friday) and will be shipped as quickly as possible.
If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping methods to meet your needs, including standard, expedited, and overnight shipping.
During checkout, you’ll have the option to select your preferred shipping method.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location.
We strive to offer competitive shipping rates and offer free shipping for orders above 199 AED from time to time.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
Typically, standard shipping may take [3-7 business days], while expedited options may take [1-3 business days].
Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather, or other unforeseen events.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
You can track your order’s progress through the shipping carrier’s website. 

6. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship within United Arab Emirates.
Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.
