If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Refund Eligibility

Damaged or Defective Items: If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will require evidence of the damage (photos) and may ask for the item to be returned. Once we verify the issue, we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that you did not order, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned and will promptly send you the correct product at no additional cost.

Change of Mind: Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for candles that have been opened or used. However, if you contact us within 7 days of purchase and the candle is still in its original, unopened condition, we may offer a store credit or exchange.

If applicable, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
For damaged or incorrect items, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.
For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
